Who We Are
Dave Tribbett
Founder, Partner, Chief Product Officer
Dave is a long time serial entrepreneur starting his first company (software design and development) while in college in 1982. Since then he has either created or helped create several successful software development companies in application markets such as health insurance, hospitals, providers, device manufacturers, and pharmaceuticals. As a lifelong tinkerer and engineer he started working with various microcontrollers and single board computers in 2010 and has since built multiple devices and machines from automated intelligent LED systems to 3D printers and the associated materials (plastics). Combining 30+ years of engineering with the obvious need in the market for a better Pickleball machine Victory Sports Technologies and the ERNE Pickleball training machine was born and is now his focus (well, and playing).
Dave is an avid Pickleballer that plays several times a week at several different venues in both Pennsylvania and Florida, thinks like a 5.0 plays like 3.5. Dave is married with four adult children and no dog or cat.
Frank Pizzichillio
Partner, Director of Distribution
Originally from Fairview, NJ. Frank lives with his wife Julie in North Wales, Pennsylvania where they raised three children. For the past 25+ years he's held various business development and recruiting positions for several Fortune 500 companies in the Financial Services industry.
After their kids all left for college, Julie gave Frank a list of potential activities they could start doing together. Having no interest in Iron Man competitions, mountain biking or line dancing, Frank chose Pickleball as the safest option despite having no idea what the sport was.
Five years later, he is addicted to the game and plays as often as he can. A little known fact - when Frank says he is "sorry" because the ball hits the net and falls onto the opponents side, he is actually not sorry.

Ryan Rabidou
Partner, Director of Brand and Marketing
Proudly based out of Stowe, VT; Ryan is an avid athlete, dad and fast food fan when his wife and kids aren’t around.
With over 15 years in the sports marketing and business development world he is excited to put his expertise towards the pickleball industry. Openly admits to his pickleball addiction and takes great pride in converting other athletes into fellow pickleball enthusiasts.
